Plastic Manufacturing Sr. Engineer (Shift Engineer)

Job Description

Oversee daily production activities in plastic injection and blow molding lines

Implement and maintain optimal manufacturing processes and workflows

Troubleshoot machinery and ensure minimal downtime

Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure product consistency

Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste

Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field)

3+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and blow molding

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
